September saw the team recover from some difficult results in August.
They travelled to Potton United who were doing well at the top end of the table at the time. Town fell behind to a penalty in the 26th minute but recovered quickly when Luka scored four minutes later.

A brilliant strike from Meady with a 25 yard curling effort into the top corner gave the Blues the points, which were fully deserved.
Next up was a home game against MK Irish in the Gladwish Trophy. A difficult game on paper but the team produced a fine first half performance after going a goal down.
Three goals in eleven minutes from Luka (2) and Meady turned the tie in Town’s favour. The second half was managed well, with no further goals and progress to the next round.
A much changed line up then travelled to London Lions for the Premier Division Cup.
Lions have proven to be a bit of a ‘bogey side’ for Town and this continued with a 4-2 defeat. Goals from Shea Green and Arel Amu could not match Austin Lipman’s quadruple for Lions.
The last game of the month saw Cockfosters visit Creasey Park. Luka opened the scoring with sixteen minutes gone but the visitors equalised within a minute of the second half.
