“#YouAreEnough has been two years in the planning and sees the FSA work in support of Mind to raise awareness around mental health and tackle the stigma associated with poor mental health.

It’s been a cornerstone of what my club, Dunstable Town FC, has been doing since 2017. I am truly humbled that Casey & her colleagues at Bury FC have been such enthusiastic supporters of this campaign, and I’m absolutely delighted that we’re launching #YouAreEnough at Gigg Lane this Saturday as part of the Club’s annual Family Fun Day to kick off the month-long mental health awareness month.
