Dunstable Town U16 Lions made it through to the Bedfordshire FA County Cup Final after defeating Barton Rovers at Sharpenhoe Road on Saturday.
A fine, controlled and determined performance contributed to a 2-0 win.
Rovers started the better but Town soon grew into the game and won a free kick near on 25 yards out, which Owen Russell superbly struck home with pace via the under side of the bar.

The second half saw Town manage the game well and restricted Rovers to minimal chances. When they did threaten a superb save by Vale Rawson at full stretch, low down kept them out.
Dunstable had a few half chances on the break but hit the side netting on those occasions and comfortably saw out the game.
