Dunstable Town U18’s returned to winning ways with a hardworking 3-2 win at Aylesbury Vale Dynamos on Thursday night.
It was a tough game against a strong opponent who pushed Town all the way. Injuries and illness have played a big part in the recent form of the team and continued to do so with several players still out and Tyrelle Joseph suspended
Alfie Young almost opened the scoring in the 4th minute when one on one with the Dynamos keeper but was denied by a good save.
Dunstable went behind nine minutes later when a header was converted at the back post.
They equalised in the 28th minute when Isaac Babalola chested the ball into the path of Owen Russell who fired home from the edge of the box.
