The Blues put in a magnificent second half showing against fourth placed London Lions on Tuesday night to add another three points to their tally.
The first half proved to a difficult one for Town though, going behind to a goal after just five minutes when Oscar Wagner cut the ball back on the byline to Josh Shack who side footed home from close range.
Lions went looking for a second with a strike just inside the box but Alex Desmond easily gathered.
Luka Lodder replied at the other end but his shot went wide of the post.
JJ Kenna then played a one-two with Joe Hankins, which saw Kenna shoot just wide from the angle.
The visitors nearly doubled their lead when a cross from the left was met with a Max Davis header that flashed across Desmond’s goal and out for a goal kick.

Liam Hayden latched on to a through ball and tried to lob Tiernan Parker from just outside the area but he didn’t quite get enough height on the shot and it was caught by the Lions keeper.
Lions broke the offside trap just before half time but Davis’ chip over Desmond was mis-queued and over the bar.
The visitors came out for the second half with James Cohen going through on goal but was denied by Desmond who made a fine block.
Dunstable made their opponents pay for missed chances on 54 minutes when Lodder cut the ball back to Hayden twelve yards out, his shot was cleared off the line but fell to Hankins who finished we ease inside the six yard box.

Lodder then had a free kick deflect wide before Cohen shot straight at Desmond at the other end.
The Blues’ keeper had to be alert to tip over a header from a long range free kick soon after.
Town took the lead with a fine counter attacking goal. A Lions corner was cleared with a determined Alfie Osborne chasing down the ball and winning a tackle to pass the ball to Harrison Mead who then found Hayden down the left. His cross field pass to Jonah Howgego was laid off to Lodder whos shot was blocked. The ball fell to Mead who passed to Hayden whos shot was saved by Parker but Finbar King followed up to score from six yards.

Soon after a fine pass from Lodder from the back towards King wasn’t dealt with cleanly by a Lions defender and Howgego nipped in towards goal and laid the ball off to King but his low range shot was deflected into the arms of Parker.
A deep free kick from Lions caused havoc in the Town box but the they defended several shots in succession to maintain their lead and pick up the three points.
