Dunstable Town Women got back to winning ways with a fine 3-0 win at Biggleswade United.
It was a strong performance full of energy and determination as every player worked hard for the win.
Attacking well from the start and pressing high Dunstable had a few early chances before they took the lead when Gemma Darvill finished at the far post with 17 minutes played.
The impressive new signing Amy Leach was full of running and creativity throughout while keeper Angelika Kopec-Knurek swept up well to deny Biggleswade a way through.
Town were awarded a penalty in the 26th minute when Ella Rothwell was brought down in the box with Ruby Hawksworth converting the spot kick.

Dunstable took a 2-0 lead into the break and managed the second half well with a high press and work rate.
Substitutions were made to add fresh legs and with young forwards Lily Champ and Lexxie Burton putting pressure on the United defence.
The Blues made the game out of reach in added time when Rothwell hit a superb volley from a corner into the net.
