Opposition recent history

The 1999–2000 season saw Colney Heath win the Premier Division of the Hertfordshire Senior County League, resulting in promotion to the Senior Division of the Spartan South Midlands League, which was renamed Division One in 2001.


They were Division One champions in 2005-06, earning promotion to the Premier Division.


In 2010–11 the club won the Premier Division Cup.


They won the Hertfordshire Charity Shield in 2013–14, 2017–18 and 2018–19.


In the 2019-20 season, Colney Heath were six points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand by mid-March, but the season was then abandoned due to Covid.


Following the 2020-21 seaaon, which was also curtailed due to Covid, they were promoted to Division One Central of the Southern League.


However, their first season in the that League saw them finish second-from-bottom, resulting in relegation back to the Premier Division of the Spartan South Midlands League.


Recent matches

Heath have had a tough start to the season after a good win at Baldock Town on the opening day.


They have since lost at home to Aylesbury Vale Dynamos (2-1) and suffered difficult results against two strong teams in Harpenden Town and Arlesey Town


They were knocked out of the FA Cup following a defeat at home to Woodford Town


Players in focus

Sam Ejjayha has scored two of Colney Heath’s goals so far this season while Liam Gauthier is an experienced goalkeeper despite his young age.
