Dunstable Football club are delighted to announce that for the 26/27 season the club will have co chairman.
As part of our merger we have carried out a full review of club positions and structure. Because of this we have decided to remove the roles of vice chairs and appoint Co Chairs.
With this in mind, the club are pleased to announce Simon Bullard “Rusty” and Matt Carrington as co chairman. (*Subject to owners vote)
Both Simon and Matt have a rich history across football in Dunstable. Matt, having been with DTFC and Simon with AFC. Between them we feel we have the right combination to move our football club forward.
The Co Chairs will manage and support the directors, be the face of the club and own communications with club owners and supporters.
As we gear up to our AGM, we will be looking to appoint directors into the various roles.
Lot of work has gone into the merger so far, with both ladies and men's management staff in place our focus now turns to our youth section to ensure we have governance in place, a clear structure and coaches, parents and players are sighted on the changes we plan to make to create the best possible environment for our young people. Being one of the only three star FA accredited clubs already we want to go further and do lots more.
Keep an eye on our socials for further announcements.
Let’s go Dunstable FC !
