Dunstable Town FC would like to say a huge thank you to the nursing staff in the A&E Dept at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital for raising £535 towards the Club’s mental health peer support groups, Sphere, SOUL, Men United & Let’s Talk.
Senior Charge Nurse, Kieran Dunne, organised his male colleagues in the department to participate in Movember. They set themselves the target of raising £300. The generosity of people wanting to support the challenge was incredible with the guys raising a grand total of £1,685.
Mind BLMK & X-4RCE were the other two mental health organisations to benefit from Kieran & colleagues’ incredible venture.
Kieran was joined by colleagues Arnold Canares, John Quail, Antonio Correira, Frank Ampong, Victor Muronda, Marco Santos-Silva, Ricardo Gomes, Ola Oyinloye, Qudus Adeyemi, Shihab Iqbal & Fabio Correira.
The Club is pleased to announce that Kieran and his colleagues will be our guests for the home fixture against Kings Langley on Saturday 21st February 2026.
Dunstable Town FC is a Community Benefit Society operating as a social enterprise. The Club has pioneered a grassroots mental health awareness model which has led to the formation of the #YouAreEnough campaign, a partnership between the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) & Mind.
#YouAreEnough is now being rolled out across the FSA community owned clubs network by DTFC Director of Community Activities & FSA National Council member, Andrew Madaras & Club volunteers.
You Are Enough and You Matter.
