Written by Luke Mitchell

In a matter of a few years our youth section has grown from 12 to 40 teams.

Tomorrow we start the season with 8 girls teams, an increase of 5 from last season.

Dunstable Town is committed to providing the very best setting for young people to learn, grow and develop in a safe friendly environment.

With a first team for both men and women, each youth section player has the opportunity to follow our pathway and represent this great club on the stadium pitch of Creasey Park.

As we embark on yet another season, with more teams than ever, we wanted to reach out and wish all our players the very best for the season.

Youth secretary Luke Mitchell said “This is an exciting time to be part of our great club, with a thriving youth section. We’d like to wish all our teams the very best for the season and would ask them to all to ensure they follow our high standards expected of all those linked to the club.

“While incidents of safeguarding are limited across the season we all have a responsibility to create a safe environment. I’d also like to encourage parents offer our coaches support, collecting subs, doing admin and setting up the pitch are all tasks parents maybe able do to help teams function.

“On behalf of the committee and club directors we wish all our players every success for the 25/26 season!”

Please consider joining the Dunstable Lottery. All profits are sent to the youth section and put back into our club.
