Dunstable Town FC strongly advocates for female football at all levels. Our provisions for dedicated female teams at junior and youth age groups continue to attract local female footballers to our club.
We are now pleased to announce a welcome addition to our female football pathway with the addition of our new Women’s First Team, who have come over from AFC Dunstable to join us for the new football season.
We have been working with the team managers to facilitate a transition with minimal disruption, and we thank AFC Dunstable for their support and cooperation in making this happen smoothly.
Having been neighbouring clubs for many years and watched this team develop and play football at Creasey Park, we are excited to work with them to develop the team and our female football.
The team already has some exciting pre-season friendlies organised. Our media team is already busy building a plan to support the team during their league and cup competition campaigns.
We will release more information on the team and players soon, but in the meantime, please join us in welcoming - from left to right, in the photo above, Neil Fowler (Coach), Ella Rothwell (Captain), Luke Molloy (Manager) and Michael Francis (Coach, not in picture), and the team to our Dunstable Town FC family.
Help us make them part of our community and give them your support on match days.
