Announcement of New Management Team

The Board of Directors are delighted to announce the appointment of Micky Nathan and Steve O’Reilly to the role of First Team Managers with immediate effect. Micky has a wealth of experience in the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division, most recently with Harpenden Town. Steve returns to the club following a few months out of the game having previously led Dunstable Town FC to an 11th place finish in the division before departing the club earlier in the season.
Details of their backroom team will be announced in due course.
Matt Carrington, Dunstable Town FC Chairman, said:
“I’m delighted to be able to welcome a manager of Micky’s calibre to the club as he is no stranger to the Spartan League. It’s also really pleasing to welcome back Steve whose presence has been missed since his departure. Whilst they come to the club in an unenviable position, they are fully aware of the task required of them and I have no doubt we will start climbing the league very soon”.
Micky and Steve will lead training with the first team this week ahead of our upcoming fixture against Winslow United at Creasey Park on 20th December 2025.
