Men’s Team

New managers announced
The club announced this week they Danny & Jamie ‘Jammers’ Nicholls will take up their roles as Joint Managers from Monday.

The team host AFC Welwyn tomorrow at 3pm.
Women’s team

The women’s team have won one and lost one in their league games so far.
They were defeated 3-1 by Stevenage FC Development two weeks ago but made progress into the next round of the League Cup with a 2-1 win at Stanway Pegasus last Sunday thanks to goals from Cerys Rees and Sanam Shahid.
Their league game against Biggleswade United was postponed due to the weather on Wednesday but they host St Margaretsbury on Sunday in the Women’s FA Cup at 2pm.
Floodlit Under 18’s team

Unfortunately the team bowed out of the FA Youth Cup on Thursday night in a dramatic tie against Royston Town.
Having led 3-0 the team lost their way in the last twenty five minutes as the visitors drew level but a late goal by Alfie Young seemed to have been enough to win the game but it wasn’t to be as the visitors equalised again in added time.
Penalties saw Royston score some superb spot kicks as they went on to win 5-3 in the shootout.
They host Aylesbury Vale Dynamos nest Thursday in their first league game of the season.
Youth tournament
The youth pre-season tournament was a great success last weekend.
The club would like to thank everyone involved for making it a great occasion.
Well done to all the winners including some DTFC Youth Section.
Walking Football
The club in association with Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service are holding a walking football awareness session for people living with dementia or any cognitive impairment, their families, friends and carers.

A free group to just chat and socialise with no pressure to talk.
It’s very informal and relax. A great way to meet new people and take time out from any stress.

Women’s Walking Football

Sixty years shirt - Limited sizes left
The club in association with VX3 have designed a bespoke shirt to mark 60+ years at Creasey Park.
Predominantly white in colour, it includes images of Creasey and DTFC history. White was the original colour back in 1964.
It will be worn once in a competitive match at the start of the season.
