Experience The Difference As Kidlington Take The Points:

Written by Andrew Madaras Pictures by Chris White. Up until the 67th minute this game had little in it, both sides evenly matched, aware of the importance of the outcome, sparred nervously with each other, with neither goalkeeper severely tested. All that changed though as a shot from Lewis Coyle heading harmlessly out for a goal kick was deflected past Connor Coulson by Anaclet Odhiambo to put the men in green ahead. Suspicions of offside ? Dunstable Community Radio Commentator George Knight, from the vantage point of overlooking the stand, thought so, the Dunstable players asked referee, Andrew Humphries and his Assistant, Corey Snuggs, but his flag stayed down and the goal stood. Back in the Quadrent....

Dunstable Town FC will yet again be engaging with local people in the Quadrant shopping centre this coming Saturday . People ask is it not soul destroying ,promoting a non league football team . My answer to that question is very clear . A football club who believes that the boundaries of a club begin & end at the turnstiles of its stadium , cannot claim to be community based & are blinkered in there approach to localism . At Dunstable Town we believe that community engagement does & will reap a reward , granted its more evolution than revolution .Be in know doubt its working . The youngsters who have joined our youth section & are flourishing . The interest shown by local young hungry foo

Moles Dig In For Victory.

Written by Andrew Madaras Picture by Chris White. Dunstable Town left the SRD Stadium in Aylesbury FC with the scoring jinx of 500 minutes finally broken thanks to a sublime finish from James Lauder in the first half and a second half Chris Wreh spot kick, but on the wrong end of a 3 – 2 scoreline which was scant reward for a battling performance in the most gusty conditions imaginable. With Gedeon Okito and Saul Williams still suspended, Marcus Gouldbourne recalled by parent club Stevenage, John Sonuga not able to start due to work commitments, Hassan Sheikh & Jonathan Osae on the treatment table, Blues Manager, Gareth Jackson, put out the strongest team available to him to do battle in the

The club & its officials are engaging with the local community & that can only be a good thing . We have had numerous parents visit the stall regarding our youth section & there children are now training / playing for Dunstable Town & recieving good quality coaching & if they didnt visit our stall would that of happend perhaps not . Tough day for the Blues....

Aylesbury United 3-0 Dunstable Town - Saturday 2nd March, Written by Neil Barker. A very disappointing afternoon for the Blues against a well organised Aylesbury United team . The Blues ended the game with 9 players after both Saul Williams and Gideon Okito were controversially sent off, Williams for an alleged red card tackle and Okito for his part in the 'afters' that ensued. It was telling that several Aylesbury United players were perplexed as to why Okito was sent off and offered to 'go into writing ' in support of the full back.
