IN THE COMMUNITY

January 17, 2020

On Saturday 18th January from 9am till 12 noon the Dunstable Town FC stall will be in the Quadrant Shopping Centre.
We enjoy talking to local people about our community club and how as a club we want to be part of the fabric of the community. We feel we have seen benefits from our presence and will continue to develop our community network further as a consequence.
As always we welcome people coming down to seek information either about playing for Dunstable Town FC, or advertising with the club, as many are doing in increasing numbers. We want...

Saturday 11th of January from 9am to 12 noon is when the Dunstable Town Football Club stall will be in the Quadrant Shopping Centre.
With a new year and a new decade now underway, many players at all levels are weighing up their footballing options. Many players get released by clubs, or leave of their own accord. For so many the way back is via semi-pro clubs, and we believe a viable option for those seeking to do that is Dunstable Town FC.
So come down and talk to us in the Quadrant in the morning. As a semi-pro supporters run club we want to...

So we begin a new decade, and the transfer merry-go-round begins with the big clubs already talking in terms of telephone numbers for both wages and transfer fees. Yet at the non-league level where we are, simply getting through a season is seen as one hell of an achievement! The comparisons are both stark and jaw dropping. Dunstable Town FC will be continuing it's regular stall in the Quadrant tomorrow 2nd of January from 9am till 12 noon.
We are the grassroots of football, with no Russian or Arab backer in site. Instead, a supporters run clu...

Dunstable Town's stall will be back in the Quadrant Shopping Centre this Saturday 28th of December from 9am until 12 noon. It's fair to say after eating and drinking too much , it's good to get our football head back on and get back to engaging with the community which is our trade mark as a community club.
In the afternoon our first team have a local derby with Leighton Town, so get down to Creasey Park and get behind the blues as we look to get 3 points from our near neighbours. Kick-off is 3pm.
It just remains for me to thank you for all yo...

December 19, 2019

This Saturday 21st of December from 9am to 12 noon the Dunstable Town FC stall will be in the Quadrant Shopping Centre.
As we see Christmas looming it's good to reflect upon the fact our stall has been resident in the Quadrant for over a year now, and we intend it to be so for years to come. We thank the management and staff at the Quadrant for making us so welcome.
Our staff and players recently visited Caddington Grove carehome. It was lovely to meet the staff and residents, and we took part in there quiz night. We are a community based club a...

December 12, 2019

We are now in the festive season leading up to Christmas with a new year on the horizon.
It's a time when people take stock and reflect on where they are and decide on where they want to be in the new year. Many football players of all ages do exactly that as well.
If you are one of those players who wants a fresh start with a new club in 2020, then come down to Dunstable Town Football Club's stall this Saturday 14th of December between 9am and 12 noon. Lets talk about what your local team has to offer, be it youth or adult.
We are attracting ma...

December 6, 2019

This Saturday December 7th, the Dunstable Town Football Club stall will be in the Quadrant Shopping Centre from 9am to 12 noon.
As a community club we want to attract local young people to want to play for us. So if you are thinking of perhaps changing clubs, or perhaps you have recently moved to Dunstable, then come and talk to us in the Quadrant.
It's not uncommon in football for young players to have been released by a bigger club, but still aspire to play at a good level, to showcase their ability and find a way back into football. Dunstable...
